Seminar Venue Details?

For those presenting, could we get some more details as to what we be available to us at the venue?  Looking for details such as screens, projectors, white boards, etc.

We are going to be sending this out but most presenters should expect thee to be a projector and screen. There may be a whiteboard but if you know you will need to write on something you should be sure to bring an easel or something.
