MiniZinc Challenge 2023 Results: Missing Solvers

SCIP and PicatSAT Parallel are missing from the list of solvers on the "MiniZinc Challenge 2023 Results" webpage. https://www.minizinc.org/challenge2023/results2023.html

We've now added SCIP to the results. PicatSAT has now removed support for parallel solving, so the results from FREE are re-used for the PAR entry class instead.
