GNU tar and SWIG ports for minix

Hello list,

I've installed Minix3 and played a bit.
GNU Tar was easy enough to port (looks like it works) and Swig can be built
without any modifications if ccache is disabled.

In archive source packages for packman and packman's packages.

Hello Evgeniy,

thank you for your efforts. Could you please contribute your
experiences to the Porting-Page in the Minix3-Wiki? Minix specific
pitfalls and peculiarities are of interest.

I just used existing porting article, some of (mainly chmem thing, as I
understand it's not actual for recent trunk) http://www.minixtips.com/
and looked into few headers in my linux box. So I don't have much to add.
