Minix 3.1.5 on MSI Wind

Hi all,

I've successfully installed Minix on a primary partition on my netbook
using qemu, cause this thing doesn't have a cdrom drive. Also, my
netbook doesn't have AHCI turned on.
When I try to boot Minix from GRUB, it get's to the 3 lines stating
copyright, and that Minix is opensource, just before it should state
what it's root device is, my netbook suddenly reboots.
When I boot to Linux, and try it with qemu, it boots normally.
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong?
