Hi,
The error message indicates device 3 subdevice 30 which normally
refers to /dev/c0d6. This is not a device that is normally used,
especially because disks are normally partitioned before putting
filesystems on them.
Either something is trying to access /dev/c0d6 or the nodes in /dev
are incorrect. You can verify the latter using ls, although it seems
unlikely that anything would be wrong here.
