Lua 5.1.4

Hello,

I have read on the Minix 3 wish list that some one wants Lua ported.
Lua 5.1.4 works almost out of the box. You just have to change $PATH
(to use the GNU toolchain) and edit the lua-5.1.4/src/Makefine.
Replace "AR= ar rcu" with "AR= gar rcu". Then call "make posix" and
you got it!

May be Ion3 UI is portable to, so (depends on Lua)

Hi Rafael

Great!!! Lua is out-of-the-box in all platforms that have an ANSI/ISO
C compiler and is on my list of
requirements for a concrete project in Minix. But first i have to
solve problems with device drivers and
Lua will facilitate a consistent platform for testing ... Lua is cool!!!
