Minix 3.2.1 -- Install Packages

Dear All,

I have cross compiled Minix 3.2.1 and then created a bootable harddisk.
I have set up networking and am able to access the package site
ftp://ftp.minix3.org/pub/minix/packages/3.2.1/i386/All.

Since pkgin is not present in the cross compiled 3.2.1 version, how
can we install the pkgin package from the above site by means of ftp ?

It's not protected by a username/ password. In other words, you do not
need a username/password to connect to it.

You just need to properly configure the Network in Minix and there is
a ftp program in Minix which you use to connect to the site.
