I install minix-3.1.2-a on virtualbox, everything is ok except
network.
The virtualbox only have four virtual-network-card:

Intel PRO/1000 T Server
Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop
PCnet-PCI II
PCnet-FAST III

but minix only support intel 100.
Should I write a new driver for intel pro/1000 ?

you could write a new driver; but you should also look deeper in the wiki; it mentions a workaround for the AMD Lance driver with VMWare (maybe works with VirtualBox also);
http://wiki.minix3.org/en/UsersGuide/RunningMinixOnVmware    section Lance Workaround at the bottom; some DMA issues in Minix 3.1.3 and earlier;

I had Minix 3.1.4 working with networking on VirtualBox 2.2.4 and 3.0.4. I used the AMD Lance driver from VirtualBox; that's the PCnet-Fast III (Am79C973)

the only problems I've had in VirtualBox so far is regarding some keymappings that I haven't got yet to fixing; if I press the direction keys it prints out numbers which makes it a pain to do file editing [imagine hitting up and it's printing out 8]; if anyone has some advice on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated

however I've had problems running the network on VMWare with the AMD Lance driver with Minix 3.1.4; I thought of maybe going about to try the intel 1000 (porting it or something) since VMWare also emulates that too;

so far my experience to running Minix 3.1.4 in virtual PCs is :
on VMWare I have partial (closer to no) networking
on VirtualBox the direction keys are a pain

if by any chance you get around to working on an intel 1000, I would also be interested in that; I could try to help on that;

You should use Minix 3.1.4 and select one of the Pcnet cards. Earlier
Minix versions have problems with VirtualBox networking.
