version 9 alpha released & new look for minishowcase

The code of the version 9.0.21 alpha has been released for those that
are eager to try new things!

It has many changes and enhancements, but primarily:
- Continuous gallery navigation: once you arrive to the last image of
a gallery block, it'll automatically load the next block and keep you
browsing it from the lightbox.
- Thumbnail loadbar: a little red bar that lets you know loading
times for thumbnails.
- Square & rectangular thumbnails: you can chooose between square
(ala flickr) and regular rectangular thumbnails.
- Redesigned thumbnail loaders: thumbnail loading code has been taken
back to a barebones version, but improved to the point of making it
faster than before. many improves can be still made, so expect better
behaviour soon.
- Rewritten code: more stable in terms of the back-end, but still
buggy on some fronts.
Also, the whole minishowcase site has received a well deserved lift,
making it nicer to the eye, the reading and the browsing (i hope).
To-do: upgrade the Features, Screenshots Instructions and Releases
sections to cover version 9 alpha and the many (still) undocumented
changes of version 8 beta. Add a demo of the v9alpha (and perhaps a
separated Instructions section).

support. If you have a problem with it, post it here under the "alpha
release" category so we can help you, but my time will be mostly
dedicated to supporting the v8 release.
