Mesoscopic Imaging

Hi, we are using miniscope v3 for mesoscopic imaging through the intact skull. But it shows weird rings when we calculate dF/F. I wonder if anyone else also met the similar problem and how to solve it. It may be related the curvature of the skull.

I didn't open up your image to look at it, but just in case - it's not a dynamic range/digitization issue, is it? (If your signal value is all very low, you'll see steps at bit levels.)
