Hi there,

I'm finding ways to record the timestamps of digital signals from an Arduino Due board using the auxiliary input port on Miniscope DAQ v3.3. One digital signal is 3.3V HIGH for 5 seconds to trigger some LEDs, another signal is 3.3V HIGH at the last 2 seconds of the 5-second to trigger an electric grid to deliver footshocks. Then both become 0V LOW for a pseudorandom interval of some time, and this pattern repeats throughout the recording.

I saw online that the Miniscope software does not yet support this function of AUX input, so I'm wondering have there been any updates on this? Also, can the DAQ record a second signal while the first one is still On, while both of them can be correctly interpreted by the software?

Thanks and BW,
Jiaxin
