Retrieve frame failed

Hi,

To give you some background, I have ordered the miniscope V4 from OPENEPHYS, assembled it and tried to solder the Coax cable directly to the miniscope. After updating firmware and using new DAQ software (From UCLA), I attempted to record but did not succeed. I encountered with error "Retrieve frame failed". I tried several thing to troubleshoot- like changing DAQ box, changing USB ports and cable, etc.  

Then, I have sent the miniscope to Federico (OPENEPHYS) for test/repair. Federico found some damage in the miniscope due to soldering so he replaced the parts and send it back to me after confirming that it works fine (with the same DAQ and USB cable I was using). 

After receiving the miniscope back, I have attached the coax cable to the U.FL connector (photo is attached) and tried to use the miniscope but still I am facing the same problem (screenshot is attached). 

All 3 light on DAQ and status LED on miniscope are turning on. 

Can anybody suggest me the troubleshooting steps?
