miniscope V3 program doesn't work

Hello everyone,

i am trying for a while to execute the software of miniscope V3 .

When i push the connect button this error occurs : "msCam frame grab error! " and the recording lasts 0 seconds.

I tried to follow the manual and i covered K1,K2 switches but it didn't change.

also when i push the second connect button the program is closed.

i would like to get some help, if someone is familiar with this issue.

Hello Yuval. Could you upload a picture of the DAQ that you are using?
