problem with the miniscope

Hi all,

hope this email finds you well!

I've been trying to use the miniscope in our lab, and at first the software stopped responding, i tried to turn on the led or change the focus and even though the side window said it was changed there wasn't any change. but now the problem is more severe and the miniscope isnt connecting at all (i attached a video explaining the situation) 

Can someone help me solve this problem? 

Or maybe there is a way that I can send you the miniscope for you to check the problems?
