Inital testing problem

Hi everyone, 

I recently assembled a miniscope and I'm trying to test it but when I connect it , all I can see is this weird fixed black particles. In the attached image the miniscope is facing light and there's nothing in front of it. I tried cleaning the lense and changing the filters but it didn't resolve this issue. It seems like I'm doing something wrong in the assembly but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Thanks!
