Hi,

I am using an older MiniScope that a past lab member used before. I have gotten it to work and show objects with my Windows Camera, but the software keeps only giving me a "Red Screen of Doom". So I know the connection and wiring is all good. My current hypothesis is it has something to do with the drivers. I went to go update the driver, but then went down the following hole :

The USB Control CenScreenshot 2025-01-16 155109.pngter does not seem to show the MiniScope :

But when I followed the instructions to update or redownload the driver, my Windows computer had the device already identified, and has set as MINISCOPE rather then just an Unkown Device.

Now, I am not sure what to do, is it a driver error? Or an error with the software? I don't think it's the software, the LED has been responsive (brightness wise).

Thanks!

Connections of the coax should be the proble in my experience.
