Flickering of video data

Dear there,

I noticed a flicker on the screen when I took sliced brain sections with the miniscopeV4.
The actual data taken is attached for reference.(Settings, Gain:3.5 ,FPS:10, LED:10)

We thought that the LEDs might be unstable, so we set the LED value to 0, so that no light came in from the surroundings, and despite this, we observed the same flickering.
Therefore, we believe that the cause of this screen flicker is neither light from outside nor LED flicker.

This screen flicker is very annoying to experiment with.

Could you please tell me if there is a way to eliminate this screen flicker?

Dear there,

As we found it difficult to discern the screen flicker from the video submitted alone, we attach a photo of the two adjacent frames.

This is a flicker that can be seen roughly three seconds after the start of the video frame.
