MiniAn: GCs video analysis

Hello Everyone,

I'm writing with regard to granule cells (GCs) analysis, because I got stucked with extraction of these cells activity out of video.

I use MiniAn and unfortunately I always lost the cells after the "denoise" and "background removal" steps. In spite of it, the pipeline runs successfully with CA1 cells video.

Furthermore I can see the cells activities better if the video is speeded up. Because of this, I thought maybe it could matter. Finally the accelerated video was run successfully.

Nonetheless I think there is another solution too for it, but in the aspect I don't know how to run the pipeline properly. In this case which parameters should I change?
