Question about the duration of imaging

Hi all,

I recently started the miniscope experiment. Today I conducted baseplate surgery and checked whether GCaMP-expressing neurons were shown. I recorded several times for at least 1 minute, but the recorded files are only 16 seconds. I attached a sample file. What should I do for long-term imaging?

I have another question. Is the bright area at the bottom of the screen where cells expressing GCAMP are visible? I injected AAV9-hSyn-jGCaMP8f in the mPFC and implanted the GRIN lens three weeks ago.
