Miniscope daq debugging

Hello all,

I am looking to access the debugging output of the Cypress software from the DAQ, but am unsure of how to do this. The cypress manual suggests using a serial interface or a JTAG port, but it looks like this board has neither. Does anyone with experience programming the DAQ know a workaround?

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately I did not put a debugging JTAG or serial port on the Miniscope DAQ. If you want custom debugging messages the easiest thing is either to build that into the I2C packet system over UVC protocol or enable the debug USB flag in the source code and use the enumerated serial port that gets created.
