Get image using miniscope

Hi All,

I can record videos with miniscope, but I want to capture high-quality images for data analysis using a miniscope. The only method I can think of is to extract a specific frame from the video. Does anyone have a method or experience in acquiring high-quality images with a miniscope.

I don't have a solution for you, but I am also interested in capturing high quality still images!

Hello Zhihao. While doing the recording you can press the spacebar on your keyboard to take still images. However this image will have the same resolution as the video as it's limited by the resolution of the image sensor.
