miniscope and opencv

Hello,

I'm using the miniscope v4 for a close loop experiment. So far I was able to control the miniscope with opencv in python and record the activity. But I can't control the led intensity or the focus. Is there a way to control it with opencv?

If opencv allows writing values to the camera attributes then yes, because this is how Miniscope software controls it. The conversion from the string commands to the values of the attributes is a bit tricky, you can either look it up here https://groups.google.com/g/miniscope/c/rcY5IzRlWn8/m/cpib_ppYBgAJ or if you don't have the access to Labview, you can write me to bastakrd [at] gmail.com
