Hello,

We have been using the UCLA V4 miniscope for almost a year now, and we have an issue regarding the miniscope connection. We keep getting "Miniscope retrieve frame failed" in specific behavioral tests that involve the animal moving in a large arena. This issue does not occur in smaller arenas (like home cage assay). We have changed all cables, including the one that connects the miniscope to a commutator, and we still face the same issue. I would love any suggestions for troubleshooting.

Hello Hala. In the smaller arenas, are you using the commutator? How long is your coaxial cable?
