Miniscope V4 scanning lines

Hi everyone,

I'm having some issues with scanning lines on our V4 miniscope. I did not have this issue with this scope until a couple of days ago. Initially they would disappear by changing the coax cable or unplugging it but now they're always there. I've tried changing the coax cable and DAQ box but they didn't change anything. Is there anything else I should try? Can it be related to the connection between the PCB and EWL lens? Thanks!

when I had an issue similar to this it was due to low/inconsistent power at the miniscope. Powering the scope from the barrel jack vs over USB fixed the issue for me. It was also sensitive to different peripherals (IE a USB light plugged in to the computer made the issue much worse). If you do power over the jack, you'll need to move the jumper on the DAQ. https://github.com/Aharoni-Lab/Miniscope-v4/wiki/DAQ-Hardware
