Cannot find V4 glasses when using zemax

Hi all! 

When I load the Zemax file provided in the V4 GitHub repository, I can not find some glasses in Zemax. I believe these glasses consist of the electronic wetting lens (EWL). Although I was able to locate the optical properties for D263T, I could not find the properties for the other two glasses: H572A_1601 and PC427A_1601.

I want to know where I might find the optical properties for these glasses? Alternatively, is there a way to load the EWL design into Zemax using another method?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
