random camera sensitivity/acquisition problem

Occasionally, there are such weird images during calcium signal recordings using V4. no matter how long the session is. it may last for several frames but pops up several times in a 10 min recording. It just comes and goes. I do not really know what happened. The cable connection with miniscope body is fine. Does anyone experience a similar problem and would like to share how to troubleshoot? Thanks much!
