Need help setting up your Miniscope data analysis?

MetaCell recently helped the labs of Daniel Aharoni, Denise Cai, and Tristan Shuman to host the 2021 Virtual Miniscope Workshop. We were pleased that it brought together several hundreds of scientists from around the world. Perhaps some of you attended!

Following the workshop, a bunch of researchers with very different Python skills told us that even after watching the hands-on tutorial videos for miniscope data analysis (freely available online), they could still benefit from individualized support to get their data analyzed quickly, safely and correctly.

So we have put together a team on our side that includes expert help with the Minian pipeline to support the Miniscope community.
