Inband control ping test issue

"Can anyone help me? Currently, I have built a simple inband controller script and started the Ryu controller on sta2, but I am unable to perform the ping test between sta4 and other nodes, even though I have added a link between sta4 and ap2. Can someone help me figure this out? I have attached the code.
