It's possible to add the same question multiple times to an assessment.

I think it's an useful feature (considering that questions can be shuffled,
and that fixed answers are always shuffled).

Problem:

How can a user be conscious he's adding duplicated questions?

Solution:

Add a warning in the status bar of the questions management page.
