Feature request - variable binding

Hi,

I really like minimal comps and the configurator is very nice too. Its
great there are so many additions this month. I would love to add a
feature to the configurator xml, I would love to have a attribute
'variable', which will automaticly binds a varialble. Soulwire's GUI
tool has that feature, but it would be cool if its implemented; that
would be a great timesaver.
