Good morning everyone from Staff Training!

It's exciting to see the dining hall finally full of our summer staff members. Many of them are very excited for the Alumni Dinner coming up on Wednesday night. Also, there has been a good response so far for our 90th campfire on June 26th. If you have not recieved a postcard about this event, you can consider this an official invitation from Jen, Jon, and myself.

The other purpose for this email is to invite alumni out to camp this summer. We have an exciting opportunity throughout the second half of the summer. Jen, Jon, and I would like to have alumni come out and be counselors with our current staff. If you are able to help out for a few days, a week, or even more we would love to get you back into the role you loved years ago. Since we have Minikani staff in Minikamp, Day Camp, and Resident Camp, you can choose which program you would like to be a part of. The dates of these sessions are July 19 (3A), July 26 (3B), August 2 (4A), and August 9 (4B). These are all the start dates for each session week. You can either email me if you are interested or call my cell phone (608-215-1124). We hope this is a way to get alumni back at camp and working with staff and kids.

In the spirit,
Brian Siegel

See you Wednesday... I won't be able to make it to the campfire.

Hey Brian,

I was wondering if the 90th campfire would include our kids or no kids?

Sorry can't make it to any of the other events planned as our family schedule is ridiculous.  Keep up the great work.
Rob

Kids are definitely welcome! This will be like the Friends and Family campfire, so entire families of current staff and alumni are invited.

Hi,

About a month ago, I emailed someone (in Chicago?) regarding the family alumni weekend at camp at the end of August and did not get a response. I would like my whole family to attend, five kids plus two adults. I can't attend anything else this summer as far as alumni events. How can I get a confirmation that my family is reserved in a cabin (actually we prefer a yurt if available) and where would I send the check?

Karen
