Attention Camp Minikani Alumni!


We are proud to announce that registration is now open for the first
annual Alumni Reunion Weekend. The weekend will take place at Camp
Minikani on August 22-23. All former staff and their families are
invited to spend time enjoying all the activities Minikani has to
offer while reconnecting with friends and colleagues.


We have worked out a fantastic deal with Camp which will allow us to
have access to activities such as boating, canoeing, OMAAVs, water
trampopoline, swimming pool, rock wall, ropes course, archery, rifles
and many more.


The tentative schedule for the weekend is as follows:


Saturday, August 22

11:00 Arrival & Move In

12:00 Lunch and Introductions

1:30-3:15 First ‘skills’ open activities time

3:30-5:00 Second ‘skills’ open activities time

5:00 Staff Picture

5:30 Dinner

6:30 Staff Softball Game

8:00 Campfire at Council Bluff


Sunday, August 23

8:30 Breakfast

9:30 Password

9:45-11:00 All-Camp Theme Day (TBD)

11:30 See ya next year!


In order for this weekend to be as great as possible, we need as many
alumni as we can get from all 90 years of Minikani’s history. So
after you register, contact everyone you know and get them to register
too. Hopefully, we can grow this year after year.


Costs: Includes Everything! Lodging, 3 meal and all activities.

$42 per adult

$30 child 6-11

Free child 5 and under

When signing up, please select your housing preferences. We have
booked the Pioneer unit as well as Explorer Hill.

1) I (we) want to stay in a cabin with other staff around our age
2) Our family prefers their own cabin (we try to fill the cabins to
utilize space, but we understand if your family would like their own.
3) Our family would like our own cabin with this other family
(preferred)
4) I (we) want to stay in a tent (definitely a possibility for those
that want it)
