It works.
- WINDOW MAIN OFF
- Once dialog name is registered on windows, it is needed to use unique names
- Some small changes on HMG source code
Test using dlgauto. dlgauto uses a counter for all names.

The problem is: WINDOW MAIN OFF and modal window.
On multithread it is a big problem, lock/unlock.wrong window.
changes for multithread are under MT_EXPERIMENTAL

I change _HMG_NAMESLIST from STATIC to THREAD STATIC and adjust where I get error after change.
