Addressing the Documentation Gap in Harbour and MiniGUI Extended

Hello everyone

One of the most significant challenges facing the Harbour and MiniGUI Extended ecosystem is the lack of up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible documentation. Currently, most tools lack clear, comprehensive documentation suitable for programmers across all skill levels - from beginners to advanced users.  

To address this critical need, I am undertaking a systematic documentation effort that includes:  
- Detailed usage guides for key development tools  
- A complete reference manual for Harbour  
- An exhaustive MiniGUI Extended manual  

This initiative follows the same professional standards as my previously published *Object-Oriented Programming Manual* (available at: https://github.com/marcosjarrin/Harbour_oop_manual

As a sample of this ongoing work, please find attached a PDF documenting the MPM (MiniGUI Package Manager) tool, demonstrating the depth and practical approach of this documentation project.  

I welcome collaboration and feedback from the community to ensure these resources meet the needs of all Harbour developers.
