Good morning friends of the group, have a great Sunday,
My friends, I need clarification on the use of hbmk2.
I used a MAKE called BRMAKE created by a great programmer from Brazil, but it became obsolete and doesn't incorporate many new features in the executable, so I decided to test (test because I don't know the features) HBMK2 and I realized that the features that BRMAKE didn't incorporate, for example, the MINIPRINT2 library that generates MINIPRINT reports but which has more features when we use PREVIEW.
I'm using the HBMK2.BAT from the \minigui\bach folder, it works perfectly, but I noticed an anomaly. In my projects, I use two executables: the program executable and a very simple auxiliary configuration executable. However, each of these two executables has its own image files, and the main icon is distinct. Each executable has its own, and they are different, and the images are listed in its own .RC file. But I noticed that both executables have the same .ICO file. It's as if it's reading both .RC files when compiling. I've already reviewed the HBMK2.BAT and the two .HBP files, and it doesn't mention the two .RC files. Each .HBP file has its own list of RESOURCE files.
I'm asking for guidance because I'm still inexperienced with hbmk2.
I observed that the HBMK2.BAT doesn't mention resource files.
Remember that this detail is purely aesthetic.
I hope I've made myself clear.
Thank you. Valteçom
