I've uploaded the updated setup of the build 22.09 for Borland C++ 5.8.2 at

Whatsnew:

2022/09/30: HMG Extended Edition version 22.09 (Update 1).
* Enhanced: The standard EditBox control supports the optional
NOBORDER clause.
