Friends, one detail I forgot to mention,
In the case of this specific system, the executable runs on a server. The other systems I have run with an executable on each terminal of the network, similar to browsers, Word, Excel. Could it be a network outage? But the network outage only occurs at certain times and almost always at the same point? Also, note that it is a point-of-sale system where the sales window remains open almost all the time on the service terminals.
