Connection Patch

I have modified my minifb to try connecting to facebook three times
before giving up and raising an exception.

I have found that sometimes the facebook'd serverd will fail on the
connect on the first attempt.

I can send you the code if you are interested.

I run minifb under Google's Appengine.
