Hi,

I'm looking to design a custom carrier board that works with the
Micro2440. I'll be similar to the Micro2440-SDK board with a few
components added/removed. So I'm thinking maybe I should start with
the schematics for the Micro2440-SDK. The schematics that we can
download from FriendlyArm are in PDF format. Anyone knows if they're
also available in the original format, Altium Designer, as well?

Thanks.

Hello.

They are on our downloads page. I have attached the Mciro2440 and the SDK schematics.

Cheers,
Charlie

I think he wants them them in something other than PDF format.

They are on the DVD in Protel SE but they will not open without Protel with Chinese fonts. I can't do it. Watterott opened them and got rid of Chinese for me on the Mini2440. He has a Protel that will do it.

Hey Charles, thanks for helping me out, again (I'm the same guy that sent you an email on the same topic) :)

Anyways, are you suggesting that they're available from the DVD that comes with the Micro2440SDK?  I believe I did look but didn't see them there.  Assuming that I can get Protel with Chinese fonts, would you be able to send them?
Thanks.

Yes, we remove them for our DVD (The Chinese DVD used to have a pirate copy of Protel that would not run on a PC set up for English or some sort of problem, and still has complete scans of copyrighted Linux books). I can send them.

It would be much better if you put the pcb / schematics files in a files
repository, for all.

cheers

Why? They're on a web page "for all"... And so far there are no needs
for a community effort to alter them, so far as I know.

Yep, but they are in pdf format, aren't?
We're asking for an editable format, if possible.
You can read below: "Yes, we remove them for our DVD..."

Hi Charles,

It would be great if you could send them.  I hope I don't get the PDF this time ;)

Should I be expecting them in my mail box?

Thanks,
Richard

Where should we put them? I don't want to put Chinese Protel files on our web site.

Sergia is hosting the Protel data base files at www.ssaguiar.com/Arm_Protel_files/  There are three on the latest DVD so maybe one is the parts library.

Hi
I can't see these files, it appear as if the company removed their website, or stopped paying for it to be hosted.
Does anyone still have these files available?
