Oh! The default Ranked play game is now Cv4 checked with no spend! Its what we want everyone to test. Time to get nostalgic.

Here are some of the highlights:
* * CLASSIC v4 game type! Turn this setting on in the game config menu. Combine this v4 setting with making the loadout spend 0 and modify some of your other game settings (weapon look = CV4 and enhanced visuals = off) and you should have a similar experience to v4.0.42.
* * BUG FIXES for crashes, items falling off the maps, and weird behaviors with how blood is drawn on the screen.
* * IMPROVEMENTS on player spawning, spectator mode and network prediction.
* * NEW avatar parts, another map, more specials, control settings to customize your screen behaviors and the new CV4 gaming setting.
We also want to take a moment to thank some LEGENDARY testers that helped us put this release together. Savio, King (Manzoor), Parth, and Noel Sales have been testing the depths of this release and shielded the masses from experiencing some bad code. We salute you!
We also want to give a shout out to

Grenade Killers for doing what they can to help communicate the upcoming changes. It's a tough job to translate our instructions without getting a chance to see how it works for yourself.
* * * KNOWN ISSUES * * *
Laser on the phasr - Turning on laser sight is implemented differently for cv4 vs loadouts. If you have it in your loadout (ACE special) it puts the sight on almost everything (exclusions are melee weapons like machete and objects like flags and bombs). We have decided since we are going to implement weapon level config at some point that the option to add or remove the laser sight from any gun will be up to you at that point.
Enhanced MMC visuals not showing on opponents screens (Android only?) - We are still testing this bug. We think it is only occurring on Android devices but works properly on iOS. We have this fixed in 0.10.6... which will go into review <24 hours
Crouch defense shield is not working correctly in Cv4 games with spend. This is also fixed in the next patch.
