Hi-Ensemble 1.05 released

Thanks for Vinay from India for informing me of the need of windows
version of hi-ensemble.
I modified some codes to make it suitable to be compiled in Windows
and released Hi-Ensemble 1.05
There is a make.m for Windows users to compile it in matlab prompt.
