Forge 1.12.2 crashes when loading game

Hey

So I'm trying to play a modpack but every time I join a world the game crashes and there are no mods at fault. When I try playing on an admin account the game works fine.

Whenever something breaks and I don't know how to fix it I like to uninstall all of the mods and forge and mineshafter and reinstall everything over again. Good luck hope it works

This is some deep issue with modpack setup and minecraft. It shouldn't be related to mineshafter. The new forge versions, even for 1.12 is not that reliable when used in mineshafter, with a variety of issues ranging from not launching to crashing with cryptic errors. Of course that doesn't mean I won't help. Which modpack is it?

The modpack is called TekTopia Extended on CurseForge. I also threw in some other QoL mods and I started having this problem. I got rid of all the other mods and left one to see if it was a compatibility issue which it was not. Before this, I wasn't even able to download Forge I had to go done a couple of versions when they released the .exe files (now they only give you the .jar file) and I was able to install it. I uninstalled Java and reinstalled Java 8 and the same problem exists. I have a feeling it might be an account thing though because I can launch and play the modpack on an admin account but when I switch to any other non-admin account it breaks. I remember playing on a 1.12 modpack a year or 2 ago and it was working then. Tell me if you want any more information because I have no clue why it's doing this.
