My skin won't change on the mineshafter site

When I try to remove my skin it won't remove it when I try to refresh the page the skin is still there and cape

What's wrong with the site?

it is the site not the mineshafter file last time the file was updated skins and capes worked then the site went down and back up thats when skins and capes stop working!

If you were talking about Internet explorer, Internet explorer is incompatible with the mineshafter website, I have no idea what you're talking about. Also, everyone knows that Internet explorer is the worst web browser known to mankind.
