Elections and next meeting

Hey everyone,

For those of you not at the meeting we went over some new things to get everything prepared for next year.  First of all we discussed amending the bylaw to the club to add in details of elections and then to narrow the officers from 10 to 7.  I will have a draft sent out with the changes by Monday so everyone can review it and we can vote on it next meeting. The next topic was elections.  If the bylaw is passed then there will be 7 positions for running

President

Treasurer

Secretary

Webmaster

Activities Chair (Meetings and tours)

Outreach Chair 

Project Chair

As of now there were nominations for President and Treasurer so we need nominations for all the other positions so send me an email if you are running for any of these positions and the next meeting will be May 4th at 5 PM.  Hope to see all of you there.
