Running MinecraftEDU, I'd rather my students get blowing stuff up out of their systems safely in singleplayer mode where they can't mess up anyone else's work.  The problem is, while in single player mode, the TNT block just blinks for a bit then disappears after it's been set to explode.  There's no explosion and no blocks are affected.  There doesn't seem to be any setting in single player to turn TNT off.  Lava flows and fire spreads, but no TNT explosions.  Any way to change this?

Not exactly sure what you are experiencing Nick as MCEdu tools do not work in single player mode.

Maybe some more details might help.

Thanks for the reply!  Here are some more details:

When my students start the launcher then start MinecraftEDU, I want to allow them to start their own singleplayer game if they want to use TNT, but TNT does not explode in single player.  The TNT block just blinks for a few seconds like usual as if its about to go off, then the block just vanishes as if nothing happened.  I can't find anything that would be disabling TNT.  Everything works just fine if they just our multiplayer server.  Any ideas?  Any more details I could give?

If you want to use singleplayer I suggest that you run the regular Minecraft singleplayer. MinecraftEdu does not work well with singleplayer and since you can't use the MinecraftEdu functions anyway you might as well use regular Minecraft.
