which linux to use, and where to find the minimal installation with
the requirements of

1st dynDns.org (dynamic address)
2nd Linux (Ubuntu or SUSE, or ...)
3rd Firebird 2.5
4th Apache2
5th PHP5
6th phpBB3 (or forum ....)

1. I suggest a full vserver http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/produkte_vserver/vq7
2. Ubuntu is preinstalled
3. Firebird 2.5 is easy to install on ubuntu server

4.+.5 at the end of the article apache + php5 is installed
6. phpbb3 is very easy too install after that I have the guide for the
latest stable http://mapopa.blogspot.com/2008/06/installing-phpbb3-on-firebird-and.html
