Client is seeking a Manager of IT with strong networking, hardware and
Internet experience and a broad background with connectivity and
communications, More or less a Technical Architect with Management
experience. Should have a minimum of 3-5 years prior Consulting experience;
Deep technical understanding of E-Commerce and Internet-enabled business
solutions and architectures (functional and technical); Conceptual and high
to mid-level technical knowledge of: E-Commerce: security (certificates &
keys, etc.), payment systems, HTML, Javascript, Java, Enterprise Java Beans
(EJB), EJB servers (BEA Weblogic, Persistence Powertier), TCP/IP, HTTP.
General: Wired and wireless communications; server hardware and operating
systems; desktop and mobile workstations' hardware and operating systems;
databases (object and relational); middleware (gateways, messaging, CORBA,
etc.); object technologies and designs; inter-application communication;
transaction managers; technology management tools and standards; personal
productivity tools; workgroup tools; data warehouse design, implementation
and use; application development; security and more. Compensation is
commensurate with experience.

Travel: 60- 80%

US citizenship or able to work in the US unrestricted.
