Job Prerequisites:
1. Testing on MS Windows (95/ 98/ 2000) with an average score of 70% or
higher.
2. Typing 20 words per minute.
3. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Telemarketing a plus!!
4. Must read the script while interviewing.
5. $25.00 Deposit for drug screen. *Is returned after first week of work.
6. Criminal Background Check in Harris or Fort Bend Counties.
7. Reference Checks.
Job Specs:
1. Taking inbound calls with a script in which to follow.
2. Interact with Clients by phone daily. These are retention sales
positions. Contractor will take inbound calls from credit card holders who
have accepted a credit card enhancement membership service program. Once
the credit card holder has accepted the service, there is a membership fee
assess to the credit card. Most of the members enroll through various trial
periods. Once the trial period has ended, the membership fee occurs.
Contractor is trained to tell the member what the membership fee is, how and
when it occurred and the benefits they would receive by continuing the
membership.
3. Contractor is required to make a minimum of two sales attempts per call.
4. Contractor chooses own schedule. Once the schedule is set, it does not
change. Works five days a week & can work between 20 - 40 hours per week.

Job Pay Rate:
1. Unilingual: Starting Rate is $8.00 / 30 days $8.15 / 60 days $8.40 / 90
days $8.65.
2. Bilingual: Starting Rate is $8.65 / 30 days $8.90 / 60 days $9.15 / 90
days $9.40.
***3. Contractor also will be banking commissions. Once the contractor is
converted to the Client's payroll, the rate of pay changes to $8.66 and the
contractor will begin receiving commissions (including the commissions which
where banked during the 90 day period.)
