Salary: $110 - 150K + Bonus
Education: MBA with Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
Experience: 10 years or more
Requirements: Finance, Consulting, Big-5, Management, Financial Process,
Functions (A/P, A/R, etc), Technology, Telecom, CIP, dot.com, Process
Improvement, Re-engineering, Cost Out, Mergers & Acquisitions

Client is seeking a Senior Manager Finance with Big 5 or high-level boutique
consulting experience. Middle market firms such as Grant Thornton will be
considered, as well as some of the failing dot.coms in the area. M&A
experience is preferred. Industry focus should be technology, telecom, or
CIP, but not financial. The incumbent will have broad experience with the
financial process, with a basic foundation in all of the finance functions
(A/R, A/P, etc). Experience with process improvement and/or re-engineering
are key. Proven skills in taking the cost out of the finance function.
Ability to self-motivate as well as motivate others around you. Compensation
is commensurate with experience.

Travel: 60- 80%

US citizenship or able to work in the US unrestricted.
