The Noncorpeal entity (Soul) part of me simply continues down the same path I am on now.. just in a different reality.

RP I have known that for eons..
50+ Years ago I was in my hometown drinking a beer discussing the finer points of classical guitar music when a beautiful young lady  walk up and said to me.
"I have always considered myself an extremely old soul but compared to you I am but a new  born baby." Then turned and left. Never saw her again on campus or elsewhere.
In reality that was a very puzzling statement..  Comments?

.. don't think so because that goes against everything I have been taught.. but i don't know because de people are even weirder than I am.

Allan, you say that my logic is flawed not due to any shortcomings in the reasoning but because it is contrary to your beliefs. As I have always said no one can change the thoughts of someone CV whose mind is already made up. Very few people have an open mind and ar re able to think coherently. A person can bring out so many examples to prove himself and sometimes even quote from books, but this is not logic. Logic is independent thought depending on the faculty of reason of a person and each man has a learned process of thinking which is very difficult to change by another man's logic.

Allan, you have a soul which has an independent existence separate from the body . 

I believe that the soul is just a shadow of reality in this body. When a person dies his soul merges with reality. His good and bad deeds bring the result while he is alive or posterity is left to face them.

What I am going to say doesn't make you wrong because reality of your belief are ones right for you but that is the function and purpose of minds-eye is to share the difference in perspective.
I believe that for me that by choice this reality is to develop a closer union between God as I understand him and my soul ... Ideally to become a better imitator of God (not to become God.

Upon realization I don't become God I have lost nothing..  what it does is allow me to become part of a greater entity, For me that is a very joy filled experience.

For eons now I have been part of the same (soul) where the success of one is the success of the entire community.. 

The other major benefit. Is I am never alone my friend Patches is always by my side together with the rest of my community
